Online Therapy

I provide face to face therapy sessions online.

I am using the Skype, Zoom, Google Meets and FaceTime platforms for online counselling to take place.

  • Please ensure you have a good internet or data connection to ensure call quality.

  • Please have the relevant remote site in place and be familiar with its use before your first session.

  • Please ensure privacy, good light and quiet for the call and minimise the chance of interruptions.

  • If the quality of the online call is poor or repeatedly drops out, I will contact you via phone to continue the session and/or discuss next steps.

  • Please give at least 24hrs notice if you need to reschedule. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact me.
