Online Therapy
I provide face to face therapy sessions online.
I am using the Skype, Zoom, Google Meets and FaceTime platforms for online counselling to take place.
Please ensure you have a good internet or data connection to ensure call quality.
Please have the relevant remote site in place and be familiar with its use before your first session.
Please ensure privacy, good light and quiet for the call and minimise the chance of interruptions.
If the quality of the online call is poor or repeatedly drops out, I will contact you via phone to continue the session and/or discuss next steps.
Please give at least 24hrs notice if you need to reschedule. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact me.
