Having counselling for the first time can be a daunting experience. Unfamiliar surroundings can create apprehension for all of us and taking that first step can sometimes be our biggest step.

Initial consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and to discuss what you would like to achieve from counselling. It also allows you to become familiar with these new surroundings, that you feel comfortable and the best way we can work together to achieve your goals.

If you are unable to attend the session notification of cancellation has to be within 24 hours or the fee for the session will be applied.

For the City location, a cancellation policy of 72 hours is required.
